Peristaltic Dosing for SY-118 Plastic Ampoules
SY-118 is a plastic ampoule forming, filling, sealing and cutting machine. Its electronic peristaltic pumps meter compatible liquids such as medical oral liquids into formed plastic ampoules. Five filling nozzles are standard and can be customized. Final dosing range, accuracy and output must be confirmed from the liquid, target volume, tube and ampoule configuration.

Integration with Liquid Packaging Equipment
A peristaltic dosing unit can be evaluated as part of a complete filling and sealing system. Integration depends on package presentation, available filling time, nozzle movement, drip control and sealing-zone protection. For thicker liquids, liquids with large particles or higher output, another pump or dosing method may be more suitable.
