SY-118 Plastic Ampoule Filling and Sealing Machine
SY-118 uses electronic peristaltic pumps for liquid dosing within an integrated plastic ampoule forming, filling, sealing and cutting process. Five filling nozzles are standard and can be customized. It is intended for medical oral liquids and other compatible liquids confirmed through sample testing.

Uses electronic peristaltic pumps coordinated by the machine controls. The liquid path is primarily the product-contact tubing. Tube material, dose range, accuracy and liquid compatibility are confirmed for each project.
