Dosing Small Desiccant Portions

  • A suitable cup, small weigher or other dosing device must match particle size and target dose.
  • Fine particles and dust can affect dosing repeatability and seal cleanliness.
  • Product exposure to ambient humidity should be controlled throughout feeding and packaging.
  • The line should prevent missing, double or out-of-tolerance sachets according to the project requirement.

Sachet Film and Sealing

  • Confirm sachet width, length, seal pattern and required permeability or barrier.
  • Film thickness and heat-seal window must support small-format production.
  • Printed warning text, registration and date or batch coding should be defined early.
  • Seal validation should use conditioned product and the intended film.
