1. Feeding Hopper
Stainless steel hopper that holds granules or powders, feeding directly into the dosing mechanism.
2. Collar Bag Former
High-precision collar that folds flat film into a perfect cylindrical sleeve without folding friction.
3. Vertical Sealing Jaws
Heating element that seals the vertical overlap of the cylindrical film to form a solid back seam.
4. Film Pulling Belts
Vacuum or friction-driven pulling belts that smoothly transport the film sleeve downward at preset lengths.
5. Horizontal Sealing Jaws
Transverse sealing assembly that seals the top/bottom bag seams and cuts individual pouches.

7. Film Roll Mounting Shaft
Heavy duty shaft that holds the packaging film roll and ensures consistent tension control.
8. Finished Pouch Exit
Discharges completed pouches smoothly to inline transport belts or collection turntables.
