Intermittent L-Bar Sealing (HY-590 Standard)
Best for Standard Dimensions & Budget Lines
- Definition: Utilizes an L-shaped sealing frame that descends intermittently to seal the side and tail end at once.
- Size Limits: The product length and width are constrained by the physical size of the L-bar frame.
- Operational Mode: Intermittent flow. The infeed conveyor pauses during the knife sealing descend cycle.
- Speed Limit: Best suited for standard B2B output lines (30-150 packs/min).
- Ideal for: Books, small trays, cosmetic boxes, single grouped beverage cartons.
Continuous Side Sealing (HYS-CSS Series)
Best for Unlimited Lengths & High Speeds
- Definition: Separates side-sealing and cross-cutting. The side sealer seals continuously while products move.
- Size Limits: Unlimited product length. The side seam is continuous; only product width and height are limited.
- Operational Mode: Continuous flow. Products pass through without pausing, resulting in smooth transfer.
- Speed Limit: Engineered for high-speed automated packaging lines (40-80 packs/min).
- Ideal for: Long wooden panels, rolling wallpapers, multi-pack canned drinks, large pizza boxes.
Key Engineering Features
Constant Hot Alloy Blade
Specially alloyed constant-temperature L-bar heating knife with Teflon coating. Prevents smoke, film burning, or sticking to ensure clean, smoke-free sealing borders.
Safety Jaws & Anti-Clamp
Active photoelectric safety eye sensors automatically reverse the sealing frame cylinders if any hands or incorrect items are detected under the knife.
Convective Thermal Recirculation
Dual high-velocity circulation blowers distribute uniform hot air inside the insulated tunnel, preventing bag ballooning and delivering tight 360° wraps.
Motorized Waste Take-up
Driven by an independent induction tension motor to ensure the scrap film margin wraps smoothly without tears, keeping the packing area neat.

Film-pulling Device
Multiple interlocking film rotation shafts coordinate the film pulling, which can effectively prevent the film from wrinkling, stretching deformation, etc. It is suitable for POF heat shrink film rolling material, with smooth film rolling and simple film changing.
Teflon Mesh Conveyor Belt
The open mesh structure ensures that hot air penetrates the product evenly, avoiding uneven local shrinkage, bubbles or deformation.
