Electrical & Machine Customization
Yes, absolutely. While our standard configuration is Single Phase 220V, 50Hz, we regularly customize machine assemblies to match power standards in target regions, including 110V/60Hz Single Phase (e.g. Philippines), 380V/50Hz/60Hz Three Phase (heavy industrial), or 220V/60Hz Three Phase (parts of Saudi Arabia). We ensure correct premium breakers and grounding controls are built in.
Our standard HMI panels support **dual languages pre-programmed**. For Southeast Asia and Middle East export, we default to English and Arabic, or English and Spanish, or English and Vietnamese/Indonesian depending on client instructions. Touchscreen UI navigation is designed with illustrative schematic diagrams for easy operation by local factory technicians.
Shipping & Sea Freight Logistics
We dispatch container cargo directly from Guangzhou/Shenzhen port or direct dispatch centers.
- **Southeast Asia ports** (Singapore, Port Klang, Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh, Manila): Transit takes approximately **5 to 12 days**.
- **Middle East ports** (Jebel Ali - Dubai, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha, Alexandria): Transit takes approximately **18 to 28 days**.
All machines are securely fastened and sealed in moisture-resistant vapor bags inside solid fumigated plywood export boxes.
For standard flagship models like the **VT-420**, manufacturing and calibration take **20 to 30 days**. If you require custom feeding systems (e.g. customized hardware vibratory bowls or special paste piston mixers), assembly takes **35 to 45 days**. Rigorous 4-stage pre-shipment quality checks are run during the final 4-5 days of this window.
Diagnostics & Warranty Support
Every machine shipped includes a step-by-step setup instruction manual and a custom video recording demonstrating exactly how to mount the forming collar, thread the film roll, calibrate the photocell sensor, and connect power/pneumatics.
For direct remote support, clients connect direct to our engineering team via high-bandwidth WhatsApp video calling hosted by our global support network. We can also provide on-site engineering dispatch for line integrations.
Our standard B2B export contract includes a **1-Year Warranty on all core parts** (PLC, touchscreen, servo drives, heat seal bars, cylinders). In the event of component failure, we ship replacement parts direct via international express couriers (DHL, Fedex, UPS). We dispatch parts from our main manufacturing and transit hubs to guarantee transit to Southeast Asia within 2-3 days and Middle East within 3-5 days.
